Volunteer
With a lot of compassion and a little training you can save lives and help stop the suffering.
Be a campaigner – help spread the word, and get information out to the general public. Often people don’t know how to ask for help. A little awareness goes a long way!
Fundraise – Start a collection, throw a concert, talk to local businesses or make a stall. Help us raise much-needed funds, support and contributions. We have many projects on the go - both within communities and nationally. Find the one that interests you, your passion will be infectious!!
Eva’s Attic – Help us by volunteering at Eva’s Attic. Click here to visit the web site
Help with fostering and rehoming – Do you have time and a safe suitable environment to foster an animal, some may prefer little creatures and others may have paddocks for our farm friends in need.
Don’t be disappointed if you can’t take an animal in, maybe you would like to help do Property Checks on potential new homes or give new owners follow up support. When we send animals to new homes we owe it to them to get it right!
Rehabilitate – Some of you will have the extra time and knowledge to help rehabilitate some of our wonky friends, whether it be an emotional or physical problem – we can’t save all of them but together we will jolly well try!!
Educate your community – Educate, educate, educate!! Ignorance should no longer be an excuse.
Take our resources into your local schools and clubs; let’s show communities the value of all animals!
Be a community coordinator – There is a lot of work to be done. Help us pull it all together in your area.
Help write educational resources for this web site – If writing is your thing and you have some good advice or an experience to share then please send your articles, or maybe you would like to do some researching for our educational resources.
